Amantoli was founded in 2023 with the purpose of preserving, promoting, and supporting the richness of Mexican artisan work. Our mission is to provide a source of dignified work for artisans, valuing their labor and sharing the beauty and art behind each garment. We currently work with more than 30 artisans, belonging to the communities of San Juan Colorado, Tlacolula, and Miahuatlán, Oaxaca, where the knowledge of weaving has been transmitted from generation to generation. We believe that each piece tells a story and that behind it there are people, knowledge, and traditions that deserve to be valued.
